I get an error rundll at startup... It is said c:\windows\wsaolich.dll How can I solve this

This happens whenever I start windows xp sp3

There is no file in Windows XP.  This file was probably part of a virus or spyware infection that has been partially removed. Run a full scan for virus/spyware.  If the problem persists, use the free Windows Sysinternals Autoruns tool to find and remove the reference to the file.
