    Try to uninstall the old version of the graphics driver Intel or by reinstalling fix it. It is always best to update the drivers to the latest version you can find on the website of the manufacturer of the computer.     My problem is that my Windows 7 freezes and crashes completely while surfing on the internet on Firefox.

    So what to do?

    Or should I disable the Hardware Acceleration of Firefox?  :(

    Method 1:

    Temporarily disable UAC and check if the problem persists.

    1. open Control Panel.
