I got a degree how can I install my student/teacher edition on the new computer?

I bought CS5 in 2011 and received his degree in 2012. My number of series/activation code is sent to my college e-mail address (to prove I was a student at the time) and since the graduation I have more access to my student account. I still have the box of the product and my old card student, but not the email or activation code.

I now have a new computer and stupidly did not keep my number of series/activation code, so I now have no way to activate the software on my new laptop computer. I was hoping that I could talk to someone on a live chat service or by phone, but have just been round and round in circles on the site trying to find the information I need. It doesn't seem to be a simple answer on the Web site.

So, how can I get my series/activation code and activate the software?
