  Yes, there are a lot of routers that provide wireless and wired links.  In fact, I don't know everything that Linksys currently sells who can't stand not the two cables and wireless at 2.4 GHz, well that there may be some.  Just knowing what you need to go all the way bands and cover, and find a router that will do.  If you simply want to add a laptop computer, you only have 2.4 GHz. wireless to do.
