I got a pop up saying I got the update, but I was on another site. How can I find them?

I was on another site and I've seen a pop up saying I had three updates, but I couldn't leave the site. Now I don't know how to find the updates.
If anyone can help?

If the update message is on extensions, you can go to tools, the Extensions tab > Modules > page Extensions (topic: addons).
