I had paid an annual plan for the adobe illustration and received an email with my contact information order in which they say they received my payment. And when I get home my account online, the plan appears but I can't download the program.

I joined the Adobe Creative cloud and bought an annual plan more 2 months free with Creative cloud as a user of University student. I could download apps (not in first instance) that was available in the plan, but since I reinstalled a new operating system on my Mac laptop, not only I was able to download only the apps for the trial, but found no order history in my account. As if I never bought the plan. Could someone help me with this problem?

I already have an account with adobe which is a free membership, not a trial. I restarted my computer (HP, intel i5, windows 10 envy) due to the common problem of home bar activating not when you click on it and it got rid of my creative cloud shortcut and I need to redownload it. Im not that computer savvy, so this can be 100% a stupid question.

As mentioned in the title, I can't download the application Adobe Story. By connecting to the version of the browser based, it is clearly stated in the upper left corner that I use Adobe Story Plus(not Story FREE).
When I try to download the desktop application, it is gray out, and I can't click on it to start the download process.
With the recent release of the creative cloud, Adobe Story branding was changed to Adobe Story more.
You can find out if you are using a free version of the story, if there is a label 'Upgrade Now' in the upper right corner (next to the logout button)

Planning for HP Pavilion p6792uk, but how can I order the CD at the same time buying the PC
I'm in the United Kingdom and can not can not find a way to order the recovery CD.
Desktop computers and laptops are different animals to HP, but the last time I had any CD or DVD has been with an HP laptop in 2004... It came with a WinXP SP2 OS CD and a DVD application & driver. Since that time, I bought two Compaq sr1320nx, a Compaq sr1910nx, HP a1632x, two HP dv9617nr (portable computers), a p6130y HP, a p6320y of HP, HP p6787c, two NV77h05u of Gateway (laptops) and an HP p7-1026. None of them came with CD or DVD for any purpose. They have all required the use of an integrated 'recovery disc creator' program to make the defined recovery disk.
The only thing you will get from HP is a set semi-generiques recovery of an additional drive. They will not provide a separate OS disc, application disc.

I'm at school and only paid help for my adobe membership. I can't do the cloud to download to my new computer, I had only a front tray. Now, I need this software on my new computer and cannot figure out how to download it, or if I where it is, or anything. When you buy any program from CS5, which is no longer sold, you will receive a serial number to enter during the installation
