I had to completely restore my computer with a F10 restore now it wont let me not put my software on without XP Service Pack 2 when I try to load SP2 it says that there is an error__ of cryptographic

I had to completely restore my computer with a F10 restore now it wont let me not put my software on without XP Service Pack 2 when I try to load SP2 it says that there is a cryptographic error
