  Perhaps the following steps will work for you.

  If you select (highlight) a thumb... you see

  colum is hidden... left click on the "Info" button

  I assume you have set Firefox to remember passwords. If this is where the password is stored, you can remove it from Options > Security > saved passwords button.

  If you have Norton, it may be that the file has been correctly saved - please see:

  It seems to contain instructions on disabling the overlays of icons, but as I don't have Norton, I can't confirm that for you.

  There may be other products that change the appearance of the icons.

  I have problems with the synchronization of files up to the cloud. In the desktop application it is written "all files updated", but in the folder, none of the files have green ticks. Research on the web app, it seems that the files are not updated.

  I'm on a macbook pro in yosemite.

  I had a quick glance at the forums and other messages but no direct assistance would be much appreciated.

  I rebooted my computer, restart the application office cc, disconnected and back again, but for the moment nothing has worked.

  I'm sorry that you get at least a perfect experience and feel us your pain.  There is something, you can try:

  1. Make a backup of your file to create Cloud Files to another location on your desktop
  2. In the activity stop monitor the following processes:
     1. Creative cloud
     2. Service Office of Adobe
     3. CCLibrary
     4. CoreSync
  3. In terminal, navigate as follows: cd ~/Library/Application\ Support/Adobe/CoreSync
  4. Delete the following files:
     1. .DB
     2. .DB - shm
     3. .DB - wal
  5. Restart the creative cloud

  Before the summer I bought a Huawei P9 phone, I can easily see the photos on the phone - I can't just them on my mac.  When I connect via a USB cable, it refuses my permissions.

  You need the phone provider support - there is a problem with the way their phone works and how to use it and has nothing to do with the Photos or iPhoto - if pictures is consistent with standards of good Photos and iPhoto won't work with it

  You may need special third party software for your phone load in Photos or iPhoto

  Get a backup full system, like - especially if you use a Mac Pro with 10.6.8 - then your material is more old enough to be at fault.

  Once you have a full backup and up-to-date...  More information is needed:

  What is the freezing of the entire or just computer screen background image?

  Start in Safe Mode and stop and restart normally and see if that clears the problem.
