  We are on v6111 and enjoy the warning message that informs the user of the second when two users have edited the same technical object and changes of the first has already been saved.  What we are facing is users who want to know that someone else has already opened the technical subject to change.  Is there a configation for this?  Users do not like to be informed after they enter data that someone else already saved a different edition... they would like the warning before doing the real work because it feels like a wasted effort...   I see inconsistent behavior when I try to move a message in Mail from in the message.

  In previous versions of iOS, during playback of an e-mail message, I could tap the icon of the folder at the bottom of the messages, and which would lead to the top of the hierarchy of the folders for the email of the message account.   Since you are being invited to turn off Genius, you can add music, please use the following information to resolve these two issues:

  Turn on or off the Genius

  If iCloud music library is enabled, you cannot disable Genius.

  Choose file > library > Genius (toggle Genius).

  Turning off the Genius Genius Genius Shuffle shuts and and the Genius Mix.

• Can you change all the functionality of the tags to the way it was? Once I have mark a mail, I don't like it so appears as black text when I select the tagged email.

  The use of tags is the best way to know which emails I have completed action on. Now when I select an email, it appears in black instead of the selected color of the tag that I assigned. It's very confusing. I make sure that I don't have the selected e-mail to make sure that I have tagged it. This is not good. It takes additional measures and I find myself double checking of things all the time. It's a lot of time. I love Thunderbird, but this feature on the most recent update has to go. Please change back.

  This is probably because Firefox 15 is in beta, so norton has not yet added full support for it. I would except them to update their software in the next 3 weeks (15 Firefox gets released in about a week and a half).

  This error started before even El Capitan. I am able to receive emails but not send.

  The message is "this message can not be sent because your account does not have a mail server outgoing favorite" and I don't know where to change that or what to enter here, incidentally.

  Any ideas? I guess it's an easy fix (hopefully).

  Please open the Mail preferences window and select the drafting tab make a selection in the menu option

  Send new messages to:

  If the selection is

  Selected mailbox account

  and you get a warning that there is no preferred outgoing mail server, then click the tab accounts and change the account in question. Select a server from the menu

  I've lost the ability to view my deleted messages in the folder.  When I select the deleted messages has nothing to do with the record, even though I have 500 messages in the folder.

  Go to view | Current view | Show all messages.  See if they appear then.

  If this is not the case, what email program are you using?
