  You need Adobe raw camera 8.7 version. Unfortunately your software is earlier than the camera. ACR 8.7 is only compatible with PSE13. But it is possible to download and install the free DNG Converter to convert your raw files to the universal Raw format files and Adobe will be open in all versions of PSE (keep your originals as backups and for use in the software of the camera factory)

  3. have you made changes on the computer before this problem?

  I suggest you try the procedure described in the following article from Microsoft Help to fix the corrupted user profile and check if it helps. This article consists of the steps to fix the damaged user profile.

  What is the related issue of programs, this might have caused due to files corrupt in the administrator account. I suggest you try to fix the corrupted user profile and check whether or not this is also corrected.

  It always seems to download some of these sites! With GSN when you play, my browser is always behind and I have to wait for it to catch up! Also noticed this on other sites, marlboro.com etc.

  Stop sharing an ID first. They are not meant to be shared. Then set the sharing of family. Each individual should have their own code.
