I have 22 SPSS for Mac.  Since I upgraded to El Capitan, I have a number of problems.  I checked the Web sites of IBM, but they only mention fixes for SPSS 23.  Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

  Hi, my problem is that my PC stops on its own, it is worse when cold and runs 3 - 4 times on first boot before loading the same windows. When windows starts, as soon as I start to play or download internet video, the pc stops again. Also at random when times navigation he will die too. There is no overheating btw.

  From my experience, random and immediate judgments are usually caused by overheating or problems with the RAM.  You seem to have eliminated overheating as a cause.  The next most likely cause is your RAM.  Try to remove your RAM modules and put back them in their media.  If you're lucky, that might solve your problem.  If you have more than one RAM module, you could try to remove one module at a time and see if the problem is improving (indicating the wrong module).  Microsoft also has an audit of program memory which can help:

  You can find it in the tools of control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Administrative

  Click the Startup tab and uncheck Safe Boot...

  These 2 updates won't load in my system successfully. Am running XP PRO with service pack 3. Whenever I have stop system they auto download but it never works.   I have problems with the access of drive letter which is Sonic Solutions and is already installed on my computer, but says that it is not verified. I understand now that Explorer 8 is not compatible with the drive letter access.

  When you uninstall IE 8 your computer comes back to IE7

  IE 8 is not compatible with your version of DLA

  You do not have to uninstall IE8

  You can go to your computer manufacturer and there might be an update available here or you can go to Sonic for an update, or you can disable the add-on DLA.

  Read all of the attached article, there is a quick fix (your choice, but I do not suggest it) or there is a link with Sonic near the bottom.
