  Yes, you can download Lightroom on your Mac computer from this link: Install Photoshop Lightroom

  And you can then activate Adobe programs on two machines, you will be able to activate it without having to buy it again.

  Just to add to what Rachel suggested, you will help to uninstall and reinstall the application.

  You can follow the article: Uninstall or remove Adobe Creative Cloud applications and download and install Adobe Creative Cloud applications that will help you to uninstall and reinstall the application.

  Let us know if it works or not.

  You can stay connected to creative cloud to two devices at the same time.

  If you want to use on the third device, you must disconnect from one of the other two devices so that you can connect to the third.
