  You do not transfer the programs... you disable and uninstall the old computer, if you aren't going to use it and then install it on the new computer

  2 uninstalling each app (using the "device" next to the name of the app). When prompted, indicate that the uninstall should not remove your settings.

  3 reinstall each app. It will be published in the new location of the installation. Your original drive will always be some files Adobe CC (and, I think, the application launcher Adobe CC itself), but most of your articles will be in the new location.
