  Looks like you want to control the programs that run at startup, right? It is always a good thing to do. You can run MSCONFIG (type in the search window on the start menu).  See the "Startup" tab  So, you can use other applications to display the same information. For example, CCleaner has a 'tool' that does the same thing.  NirSoft does: http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/what_run_in_startup.html

  Browse the list of questions, and if you decide all. For example many applications load stub apps to speed up their startup.   It can also be a problem with the game running through Facebook server.  I noticed a difference in great step lately with Farmville on Facebook compared to when I started playing.  You should check to see if it seems to be the same on the other PC.  I noticed the problem on several machines in different places, so I know that it was not limited to a PC.
