  The option "lock the taskbar" has been disabled. Right-click on a vacant space in the taskbar, the start clcok, button and check to see if there is a check mark next to ' lock the taskbar '. For the moment, it should not be a tick it. Now, move your mouse over the taskbar, hold down your left mouse button and 'drag' the taskbar at the bottom of your screen. The taskbar should now appear at the bottom of the screen. Once you did a right click on the taskbar again, as before, in a place vacant between the Start button and the clock and, in the drop-down menu, click on the option "lock the taskbar" to place a check mark by his side. The taskbar is now locked and cannot move.

  I have a HP Deskjst 3510 e-All-In-One printer. It is on the list of HP printers that can print apps. When I try it tells me it's impossible. Someone from HP told me that it is because I do not have a touch screen. So what's the point of this printer?

  The 3510 Deskjet does not support print applications so you will not be able to add them to your printer.   To the extent of the ePrint and all its features you always will be able to use.

  I followed old/other information about this issue. I had NO problem until the last 2 weeks after using this printer for 2-3 years. I deleted all THE old drivers, etc. downloaded the drivers from Dell (2 different times). Each time, the printer will print properly 1 & only 1 time, then hang up to anywhere from 5% to 60%. The work will not cancel or leave the queue so that I have to then my whole computer shut down & restart. I tried printing from my laptop & my PC... with the same results. I hate the thoughts of buying a new printer (which is NOT a Dell), but it seems this might be my only option! Any other suggestions before I chuck this thing out the window?

  Two options that cause printing problems. The first is that internet Explorer 11 was installed in December at the origin of the problem.

  Open Internet Explorer, click on help, then click about words of Internet Explorer. It should show the version here. If you IE11, then go to control panel, Windows Update, updates installed, look for Internet Explorer 11. Click Internet Explorer 11, uninstall.

  Restart the computer when you are prompted. Then see if your printer works.

  Windows Firewall should not cause any problems.

  Try to rub all the drivers of HP from your computer and then perform a clean installation.

  The installation CD:

  1. Insert the CD in the drive and then cancel Setup

  2. open my computer, then right click on CD drive and choose open

  3 open the Util folder

  4 open the CCC folder

  5. run the L4uninstall.bat

  6. once the uninstall is complete, restart the computer

  7 run the Accessories\ System Tools Disk Cleanup

  8. download and install the latest version of Adobe flash player

  Try to start your system in safe mode:

  Restart your computer if it is running. Press and hold the F8 key after your computer powers initially on. Once you see the Advanced Boot Options menu (or beep) you can stop.   No sound. There seems to be other audio devices on this computer, a legacy Audio Driver - unknown location. I also have a CD-Rom Mitsumi drive, if that helps. This feature lists location 0 (0). When I go to: Control Panel, sounds and Audio devices, and "Audio" tab all is Ghost and I am unable to change the sound settings. Volume tab says "No. Audio Device" and is also ghost. I have troubleshooted everything and told me that they all work properly. Don't know what to do next.
