Simple answer: Yes you can. It is in the terms of the license. 2 simultaneous installations are allowed, but you must make sure to not use them simultaneously. You can even install on several computers, but you must revoke it activation on one, to be able to use the software on the other. Avoid the hassle of reinstall every time, when the computers.

I have only 2 computers, a desktop computer and a laptop computer. Yet, every time I switch from one to the other, I get a message that I am already connected to TWO. It's impossible because I only have 2 and it is not connected. Any suggestions on fixing that?

Maximum machines, the license can be activated is 2. Somehow, it seems that on your side the same license can be activated on any 3rd machine as well.
Activating the license on any other machine, please select the option to disconnect all other devices and try again.

I can't access my cloud applications creative adobe correctly for the plan of photography. I used to have the full plan and move in terms of photography, and now I can't access my apps under the creative cloud. change your e-mail address is problematic, however. your account is like your adobe which is your email ID.
If you have a new email address, you will need to configure a new adobe id that matches and you will need to start a subscription with this adobe id and if you have an old subscription with this old email/adobe id, you will need to cancel that.

I can't install my subscription to the creative cloud on a second computer without having to test
I try to install the creative cloud and some Adobe applications (Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) on a second computer (that I learned that it was allowed) but all the applications that I could install were still testing. I did the same thing on a third computer and it works, all applications were operating without a trial.
So, I uninstalled and reinstalled all the CC and the applications on the second computer, just in case, but nothing had change.
What might trigger this problem on the second computer?

I had to uninstall all adobe applications, because they were not opening. After that I can't download and install again. Everything is OK with my plan and subscription. The message that appears is the following:

If you use the Vista licence as part of the upgrade to Windows 7 you cannot use the license of Vista anywhere elsewhere
