  Maximum machines, the license can be activated is 2. Somehow, it seems that on your side the same license can be activated on any 3rd machine as well.

  Activating the license on any other machine, please select the option to disconnect all other devices and try again.

  change your e-mail address is problematic, however.  your account is like your adobe which is your email ID.

  If you have a new email address, you will need to configure a new adobe id that matches and you will need to start a subscription with this adobe id and if you have an old subscription with this old email/adobe id, you will need to cancel that.

  I try to install the creative cloud and some Adobe applications (Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) on a second computer (that I learned that it was allowed) but all the applications that I could install were still testing.   If you use the Vista licence as part of the upgrade to Windows 7 you cannot use the license of Vista anywhere elsewhere

  It is part of the upgrade process

  and also read this on licensing rules;

  If Windows was preinstalled on your computer, Dell, HP, etc., or you bought an OEM/license disk, they are both classified as an OEM license and are not transferable.

  The Windows OEM license is linked to the original computer it is installed on and dies with the computer.
  You cannot transfer it to another computer/laptop

  If a retail Windows license, you can transfer it to another computer/laptop.
  But it can only be installed on one computer at a time.

  A single license is a single Installation.
