I have a HP elitebook 2740 and my cursor jumps constantly on the top left corner of the screen. What can I do to fix this?
There seems to be no reason for my cursor for this. It does every second or sometimes every three seconds. I looked in the control panel to see if there is a way to fix it and I couldn't find anything.
Just for troubleshooting try to use another generic driver with Device Manager.

Check if an error code is listed in the Device Manager:
a. click on start
b. click Run, in the Run dialog box type devmgmt.msc
c. in the Device Manager window, locate the drive of audio, video and game controllers and expand drive, double-click the sub element to check if an error message or error code is listed.
