  You have all other administrator accounts you log on?  If you want to restore your system back to factory settings, you will need to start in your boot options.  In general, each brand has different ways of access to this.  I suggest you look at your owner's manual or by visiting the manufacturer's website.

I have download the AIDA64 because a friend told me this program to tell me which is the material that I have in my laptop, but the only thing I get from this was that network PCI/PnP is Realtek RTL8139/810 x Fast Ethernet Adapter and believe me, I completely lost m. I regret when I remember I did this thinking, it would be as easy as I do on a PC, where I did this several times without problem. Please help me and thank you very much in advance

  If you have forgotten your password, if you have another user who has administrative privileges account you can log in to that account and change the password of your account of origin of the user accounts applet in Control Panel. In XP Home, start the computer in Mode safe. This, by repeatedly pressing the F8 key as the computer starts. This will put you in the right menu.
