  You can install cc on an unlimited number of computers.  the only practical limitation is that you need to access the computer to 'sign-in' on any computer that you want to use with cc.

  So yes, you can reset your computer without problem.  You can logout of cc before restoring it, but even if you forget you can disconnect from your computer no more-non-existent after reset using a new connection attempt.

• Presenter PowerPoint on Mac mini mode displayed on the screen and the projector when using HDMI splitter

  We have a Mac mini connected to a screen and a projector via HDMI using a HDMI splitter.

  It works fine for most applications, but during presentations PowerPoint, presenter is displayed on the monitor and the projector.

  When I disconnected the mini Mac's HDMI cable and put it in a MacBook, the presenter appeared on the MacBook screen (as it should) and only the slide appears on the screen and on the projection screen.

  Of course if we have to use the MacBook for presentations instead of the Mac mini, you would need to have seen the presenter on both the screen and on the screen of the MacBook.

  In the Mac mini display preferences there is no button to "Gather Windows" when the Mac mini is attached to the screen and the projector via HDMI splitter is a tab "setting."

  But these two things appear on the MacBook when it is connected.

  Try a different USB port on the Mac.

  Try another USB between the Mac and the G-Drive cable.

  Then if it is still bad ejection, contact the Support of G Techonolgy.

  I have a mac mini (2014 - El Capitan) that I have used for some time now and I have many mailboxes (30 +) with many stored messages (100s maybe 1000s).

  I recently picked up a 2011 27 iMac which is running OS X Sierra Final Release Candidate due to vision problems.

  Both units are working well but I would like to transfer my boxes to the letters, messages, and the account settings from the Mac Mini to the iMac using Migration Assistant to take advantage of the larger screen.

  Am I able to select only the data for e-mail (boxes letters, messages and settings) to transfer somewhere in the Migration Wizard interface or will it just to start the transfer of all?

  I use iCloud for note, calendars and contacts, but prefer not to use for e-mail.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  The simplest option would be to use Time Machine to restore your data.

  Other Options:

  You can export the folders you want to transfer the mini using export of Mail under mailbox function in the Menu bar > export a mailbox... Drag to the folder on the desktop on the new iMac and import in Mail. File > import boxes mailbox...

  You can also use a third-party application, Emailchemy to export your Mail on the mini and pull only the folders you want and import. If you have many files, it would be a faster option.

  Otherwise, you could drag on the whole Mail > V3 folder let Sierra update data. This assumes that you have already started using Mail to Sierra.

  You don't have to use iCloud email to use Apple Mail. I strongly suggest that you use IMAP to service what ever you choose to use.  Comcast, Yahoo, Gmail, AOL, Hotmail (other)

  I have a mac mini 2010, put in extra RAM. During the ages erase and reinstall Captain el OS because the spinning wheel of dreaded.  Whenever I try to start it, it takes forever and the spinning wheel occurs.  I have to keep doing a STROLLER and it is a bit of the night Mare. I wonder whether to buy a new battery which someone suggested is causing problems, or to send in for repair to apple or simply decide its time to throw it out and buy a new mac mini.  I invested in Logic Pro X and even pass on the mac mini and get it going is causing a lot of headaches. He got 8 GB, and it's a processor intel core duo 2.4 gigHertz 2.  Difficulty or time to buy a new one? And worth the trip of a few hours to the apple the nearest store or send it to apple to see what they can do.  One has had a similar experience? Thank you
