  If this happens again, you can try basic steps as for the problems with web pages:

  Reload Web pages and ignore the cache to refresh potentially stale or corrupt.

  • Hold down the SHIFT key and click the Reload button
  • Press 'Ctrl + F5' or 'Ctrl + Shift + R' (Windows, Linux)
  • Press 'Command + shift + R' (Mac)

  Clear the cache and cookies from Web sites that cause problems.

  'Delete Cookies' sites causing problems:
