I have a new laptop with Windows 7 and it will not install a game of mine. It's Agatha Christie: Triple murder mystery Pack; requirements which are Windows 98/ME/2000/XP/Vista...how can I make it work?

When I put the game, happens to the Setup screen, but when I click on install, it does not work... so I need a way to make it work... Please help me.

Hi caecae1461,

Welcome to the Microsoft Answers Forum!

We would like to know, do you receive a correct error message or error code when it freezes?

As the game is not also installed in the Compatibility Center, you can try to run the game in compatibility mode. Steps to follow:

i. right click on the game (on the .exe file)

II. click on properties

III. click on the Compatibility tab

IV. Select run this program in compatibility mode and select windows vista

Below the link for reference: brand to run older programs in this version of Windows: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Make-older-programs-run-in-this-version-of-Windows

Thank you, and in what concerns:
