I have a payment problem trying to register for the plan of creative photography of cloud.
I tried to register for Adobe Creative cloud photography plan today and I met a payment problem, when I tried to pay with my credit card for the S $13 per month plan. He informed me that there was a problem with my order and asked me to call 800-448-1642. I did and the useful operator said that it could raise the question for the payment service. I called my Bank and they verified that there was no transaction on their record for any payment for S $13 today. I tried with my VISA and AMEX card credit (from different banks) and the two do not work. Why Adobe / Digital River rejects my credit card payment?

Those who are the cause of the problem, entered blocker of Adobe, blocks access to the Adobe activation server.
To delete these entries.
It is best to reset the default Hosts file.
Run Microsoft Fix tool, it will automatically recover host. then try to activate the CC apps.

I plan to change the plan of creative photography of cloud. I currently use 5.7 LR with photoshop elements as my level of pixel Editor. The question I have is if with the plan CC I can choose to download photoshop CC only for now. I prefer wait to download LR CC if possible, but didn't know if I could download one without the other. I am trying to sign up for Sky Player however I can't do that because when I press the button "registration" on the web page he refuses to take me to the next page and the Firefox has a banner saying "missing plugins". When I click on that Firefox cannot find the missing plugins! I manually download some, but it makes no difference.
Had similar problems in the past with other sites and end up having to use IE instead!

Hello, I plan photographer creative photography of Cloud (a year, paid in advance). I did the prepayment on 16 June 2016 for the period ending June 16, 2017. But every time I open Lightroom or Photoshop, I receive the informational message that "there is a problem with the payment creative photography of cloud... Please verify your payment in your account management... If a problem is not solved up to the period of time creative photography of cloud will stop working. "I checked and see that the payment transaction has been processed successfully, I see the invoice number, transaction number, etc.. I tried to buy the Plan (monthly) of photography CC, but I encountered problems with payment (I used Google Chrome).
I contacted Adobe Taiwan, and their representative informed me to use another browser; She said that their systems registered as a browser problem.
I tried to use Safari, but the problem persists. I can't access my cloud applications creative adobe correctly for the plan of photography. I used to have the full plan and move in terms of photography, and now I can't access my apps under the creative cloud.
