  Thanks for the reply.  We need to restart your digital imaging monitor service.  The service may have been disabled during troubleshooting for the virus.  Please see the steps below. Let me know how it goes.

  1. open MSConfig (run-MSConfig(type this in box)-entry)

  2. click on the Startup tab

  3 How to start find HP digital imaging - this may vary slightly due to the age of the software can tell digital imaging HP cue or something similar.  Make sure that under manufacturer Hewlett-Packard is listed

  4. next to HP digital imaging select (check) the box of

  5. click on apply

  6. click on ok

  7. it should ask a reboot

  or activate the normal if selective startup is selected-NOTE: this will start all programs in normal startup, some may be unnecessary

  1. open MSConfig

  2. under the general tab

  3. Select normal startup

  4. click on apply

  5. click on ok

  6. it should ask a reboot

  After restarting, try to scan

  I understand that, with the combo, pack of ink you bought came with a Photo black cartridge, and you're wanting to use it in your printer. In regards to your printer, it is not compatible with the black cartridge Photo, both black and Photo black cartridges are not interchangeable. • have b110 printer all in one, stopped printing yellow.

  cartridge always half full, just stopped, removed and reset. also have replaced cartridge, still not printing. Downloaded new hp diagnostics utility, which says that everything is OK! Cannot print to show all that will not allow everything on printer says "cartridge above seems to be missing or damaged. See status screen on your computer for more details". Did it, gives me no more details on the screen.  One no matter what ideas.please?

  I'd do a power reset the printer first:

  While the unit is turned on, remove the ink cartridges. While the power is still, remove the power cord at the back of the printer. Wait at least 30 seconds, then reconnect the power cord to the printer. Turn on the power. Reinstall the ink cartridges, one at a time. Once installed, turn off the power with the touch. Turn it back on. Who can clear the error, but only if it isn't a physical error.

  When you open the door to replace the ink cartridges, there will be a lock/lever to the right of the cartridges. This lever of lifting, and then you can take the whole basket (the cartridges sit in) out. Clean the bottom of this place of or on the bottom in water and lint basket. The basket is the print head.

To use your HP printer with a Windows computer, you must install the driver built-in. Otherwise, I suggest upgrading to a printer of software complete features and drivers available for Windows 7. Here, a list of printers that are compatible with Windows 7.

  This is usually caused by a failure of the wireless LAN card.  You can solve this problem, as shown on this page.  Unplug the connector on the wireless card will disable wireless and correct the problem.  Since you're using USB shouldn't be a problem.
