Cannot download and install the latest version of Flash...
I tried several times to download and install the latest version of Flash player. He said that it is downloaded, me shows that it is installing, then, when I click on "Finish", it takes me to a site that says "step 3 of 3", but is otherwise empty.» I still see an error message on Web sites that require Flash; the error message tells me that Flash is obsolete. Don't know how this is possible, since I just (supposedly) downloaded and installed the latest version from the website. I scoured through all the troubleshooting steps on the Adobe site, without success. It is quite frustrating. What can I do else?

In addition to messages on Flash Player that can be dangerous, when I click on the message I get redirected to the page about Java. I have the add-on Java last installed and active as well. I have not checked to see if this affects the content, but I'll test extensively in the next 24 hours of sports events continuous. I made no changes to options of Firefox (other than the Add-ons) and I tried all the suggestions available on your forum - download/install modules do not produce any error messages.
It is not urgent, not important, so if this is the only report, low priority.
Hello drdigital99, adobe had release several updates over the past days that security flaws still more in the found flash plugin. You can download the latest version (which is 16.0.0.305 at the moment) of https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html

I have the latest version of firefox to date (15/10/2014 v32) and I still get messages while on various sites Internet (Youtube, Google, Gmail), telling me that your Firefox is out of date and may contain a security risk.
I have not even this message on the support pages of mozilla.org?
I tried the subject: config reset the useragent (s) fix, but it does not work.
I tried browsing in safe mode and still get the error. Why this false/positive happening?
Thank you
Hello your useragent (information, the browser sends to websites to identify its version) - apparently by mistake - shows this:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0.1) Gecko/20140923 Firefox/4.0.0; xs-A30GTmfXR3o;CkHZPf;
probably some kind of unwanted software has crashed it. Please refer to this article in order to reset the user agent settings in firefox:
Sites Internet says that Firefox is obsolete or incompatible, even if it's the latest versionin case this is not enough, please try to reset the whole browser:

Cannot get update and install the latest version of Adobe Muse
When I open Adobe Muse he asked me if I'd like to update, I am saying yes to installation. It then transfers me to the Adobe Application Manager, where it is said that there are no updates and that I already have the latest version? I know this isn't the case as many of the 'new' functions announced on the u [date are not present in my version. I've tried updating my Mac OS to Yosemite this that apart from take ages did not difference, I also uninstalled Muse and reinstalled but it has not yet make any difference! Support I really don't know what else to try?
An answer for me! With the support of Adobe, I needed to update manager Applications Adobe Creative cloud App that seems so far to have solved the problem

I go through the download process, then the installation. He finished as if it ended, but I never got the message in my firefox browser that I have been updated. Instead, I keep getting a splash screen that tells me I'm at day and should be updated. I tried several times with the same results for the different versions (6.0, 6.0.1 7.0 etc.). I wonder if I'm updating and the screen won't (not to mention boring) or if there is a hitch in the process of installation/update even if is not say that it failed.
Can you give us the exact URL? It could just be a page of old-out-of-date. What is your home page (s) on? It is possible that this page is configurΘ for dΘmarrer as your homepage

Impossible to install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player
Recently I started getting the following message when you try to view a video:
Flash Player upgrade required. You must download and install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player to view this content.
Whenever I clicked on the button to download the new version and every time, in the end, been informed: "successful Installation".
However, even if the installation was 'successful' when I try to watch a video I get the same message asking to only upgrade to the new version. I should mention, however, that I can view videos stored in my own drive. But, I get the message 'upgrade' when you try to view a video of Facebook or on the web.
In an attempt to "solve problems", I did the following:
- I went to Control Panel/programs/uninstall programs and ODAbeing Flash Player 11 X Active appears in the list of programs.
- I also went to the configuration/programs/program Panel and installed updates / features view and it IS NOT to see at all.
This seems to be something very simple that I'm on, but I just keep overlooking it! Can you help me please?
Thank you!
PS: My OS is Windows 7

A few videos that use the Flash plugin contain a menu entry in the context menu that allows to disable hardware acceleration in flash player.
To disable the mode you will need to edit the file C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\mms.cfg as explained in the knowledge base article protected.

I would like to install the latest version of Adobe Acrobat 6 computers. I wonder what tha cost, for a month and buy it directly? On a computer, we have version 9 and that is that we would uppgrade to the latest version?
Hi Linafrick,
To install Acrobat 11 on 6 computers, you can purchase licenses in Volume.
But since you want for only a month, you can buy a subscription Acrobat.
A single subscription is good for 2 computers and the same Adobe ID can be used to buy multiple copies of Acrobat subscription.
However, you can opt for creative license team cloud such that you can become the Admin and grant access to 6 users who wish to install Acrobat on their machines.
Do not hesitate to contact our customer service via chat to find out more information: cloud creative membership support
Kind regards

I tried and tried to get the latest version of Adobe Flash Player on Firefox, but it won't take. Tried through update on the plugin page, tried through the Adobe Web site and still no luck. I listed 18.0.0.232 version on my desktop, but it does not appear on Firefox. Anyone has an idea why not?
You can download the 18.0.0.232 version here.
https://www.Adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.htmlDesinstaller.209 and then installer.232.
BTW, Firefox needs a different version of Flash that IE uses and different from the one that use Chrome.

I have the latest version of Adobe Flash installed 18.0.0.203 - this is confirmed on the adobe site and the Firefox Add-ons page. Yet I continue to get the message saying that Flash Player is vulnerable...
All versions of the Flash plugin was disabled by Mozilla because of a security breach disclosed in the plugin that Adobe needs to address via a security update.
- bug 1182751 - vulnerable versions of Blocklist (CVE-2015-5122) of the Flash Player plugin (18.0.0.203 and less)

Some web pages ask to install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. Why?
I use Windows 8.1 and 10.0 on different desktops and laptops, and I have the same response to certain web pages. I have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player (19) installed.
(Shockwave) Flash Player is not among the list of Plugins that you have on your system, your system details more right of the post.
Note: the ActiveX of Flash Player for IE version only works in IE and not other browsers.
https://www.Adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html
Download Firefox completely Plugin-based browsers versions and then install Flash.
