I have a problem with Kaspersky Security System.

I have Windows 7 countertop and use Kaspersky PURE 3.0 for the last 4 years.  Last week, it was corrupted.  I'm having a HUGE problem with society which, for some reason, do not want to give me a help to help solve my problem.  I uninstalled the program and tried to download the program from the Kaspersky website, this is the error message I have every hour (tried about 4 times!) - cannot install the application. Internal error 2771.  Password management feature.  I checked my computer for viruses with a Malware program and downloaded a temporary security system and the computer works fine.  I paid for this program to Kaspersky and it is not due to run out until December but I can't have someone to contact me?  Could someone please advise me and tell me what means this error message.  Thank you.

Internal error 2771.

Seems that this error is a typical for kaspersky

    Dear friends
I have a problem of my laptop whit system restore and I can't open it.
A few days ago, my windows xp reboot both and colud not restart my computer. I had to use my back for recovery system because the other option as in mode without failure or last good configuration didn't ' work corectly.
This event occure to me several times and I am very confusede on this subject. . I have latest version of avast anti virus in my laptop. Please guide me and give me your solution for my problem towing?

    Thank you for your kidness

What happens and what do you see when you try to open the system restore?

When you say things "did not work", we need to know which "did not work" means exactly... I get an error message, nothing seems to happen, the system crashes, etc.

Try answering the following questions, the better you can:

Maybe someday the dialog box 'ask a question' forums XP will ask these questions automatically when a new thread is started so I don't have to ask every time.  It might even be possible to solve a problem in a single response when enough information is provided.

Please provide additional information on your system:

What is your system brand and model?

What is your Version of XP and the Service Pack?

The afflicted system has a CD/DVD drive work?

You have a true bootable XP installation CD (it is not the same as any recovery CD provided with your system)?

What you see you don't think you need to see?

What do not you think that you should see?

If the system works, what do you think might have changed since the last time it did not work properly?

  • Satellite L 655 - 1DV - I have a problem with the cooling system

    Hello

    I have a Toshiba Satellite L 655 - 1DV with Windows 7 64 bit
I have it for about 8 months and 3-4 days now, I get this message

but I can still hear the cooler.

    So what really?
Is it possible to test if there is really a problem with my cooler?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello

Don t be afraid on this error message.
The error message indicates that your cooling module is defective, but this doesn't seem to be just read about similar error here in the forum and it look like it s a software bug or something similar, you can grab the laptop using the disk recovery and after that the message should not come back.

    welcome them

  • I have a problem with the security being off center.

Hello world. I'm trying to solve the problems on a laptop of series of 15NB57 Phillips, under Vista Home Premium, 32-bit + SP2.

1 "the Security Center is disabled. After clicking the box "Turn on Now", the error message reads:-"the Security Center

    cannot be started ".

After visiting the Microsoft Forum, in which relates to this specific issue, after you follow the instructions for 'Services', navigated to the folder 'Security Centre', as shown, & there is NO!

"Security Center" can be installed on the computer 'Services', without that there is a backup drive, or a system image

to fall back on, because the computer is old for a few years now, but still in good working condition? And, IF it can be done, how?

Two software I have for protection that are on the computer are:-Microsoft Essentials, & Spybot S & D. I'd really like to

you want to be able to put a real anti-virus/anti-spy on software.

    2. in the section 'Firewall' of the program, a command prompt says "Windows Firewall is not using the recommended

To protect your computer, the settings ".  Along the coast, which is one is an another prompt 'Parameters of update now'.  After clicking

"Update settings now", the error message reads:-"Windows Firewall was impossible to make the requested updates.

And finally, always in the firewall section, the two features on the left hand...

... "Turn Windows Firewall On or Off" & "Allow A program Through Windows Firewall" on the TWO actions, the error message reads:-"due to a problem not identified, Windows cannot display Windows Firewall settings.

I think the problems are especially linked, & these are produce because the "Security Center" in the section of the program Services does not exist. It could a virus of one form or another has deleted it.

I am familiar with computers to a certain extent, but not when it comes to dive deeply into the program. With 'step by step' instructions when it comes to bios & register (I was at a time when looking for something that I had to look for), should be no problem.

Any help, advice or assistance that can be offered, would be welcome, and appreciated.

Thank you, in advance for your help.

    Yours Sincerely

Hello sarahannainttheone2012 and welcome to the Microsoft form.

first from now this second unplug your Internet cela page must remain open but as long as the closed connections. Turn off your router

I know that hackers doing this now because iv looked this topics. HES sale information over the Internet, the damage is done. do not mater if its buffer overflow attack or a more frequent attack

all of your personal information has changed.  That is to say whatever it is that youv'e put on the computer. chances are that it is a key logger send password. Bank accounts. social security numbers. pins and other data typed to the intruder.

then contact your ISP (internet service provider), they will guide you from there

    format and reinstall windows 7

Now if your wondering why its because there is a hacker. you are probably involved in a bigger bait and the trap set in place where you clicked on the wrong thing and you where to hit

When you set up your computer. look into getting a router. use a port closed and put in place the password to be long with letters and random numbers

good luck and the means feel fre to post back when you get it sorted

  • I have a problem with computer security.

Original title: my computer is vulnerable, even with antivirus, anti-spyware and malware remover. Help, please!

I lent my laptop to a handful of individuals. (Very unwise, in hindsight). I am now worried that they could write down my serial number, product key, and any other way to 'monitor' my laptop. I understand that legitimate hardware like curries saves a copy of this information, as well as my biographical details but I like to keep my privacy when using my PC. Is it possible for an individual to TI to 'monitor' my PC, even though my IP address has changed?

Changing the IP address of your PC has no effect. It is a private address which is not visible on the outside.

You can change or hide your public IP address. It is assigned to you by your ISP and it is visible in each EMail that you send (if you use a local program to e-mail such as Outlook).
If you are worried that your friends may have installed some spying software then you should use system restore to set Windows to a point before you gave the laptop.
You must also make sure that the Windows Firewall is enabled and that you have a router between your computer and your Internet modem. If your private IP address is something like 192.168.xxx.yyy or 10.0.xxx.yyy, then you don't have a router.

  • "Windows services Centre" call by saying that I have a problem with my internal security system

    Hello

I received a phone call from 'Windows Service Centre', James Henderson, employee of 406-235-1159, phone number #7098 (Yes, that's an indication 406 and 416 - which is one of the reasons why I'm suspicious), but gave a speech in Mississauga (Ontario), saying that I have a problem with my internal security system and even if www.ammyy.com I need to talk to the technician to solve this problem. I do not trust him and hang up, but called the number, responded to the same person (as he had an Indian accent with a lisp in addition to this) and he said that Joseph and not James!
    Scam or what? Thank you

It is a scam! Who is becoming extremely common and was even on the news in some places. As long as you don't give them any personal information, you should be fine. Should they call once again, simply hang up.

See the recent thread below for more information; Shenan Stanley and the spirit of the messages contain very useful information:

    Hello

These are forums for Vista, so vista information is provided

Here are the different ways to reinstall Vista

Contact the manufacturer of the laptop computer and ask them to send you to vista recovery disks to reinstall the operating system back as it was when you bought it

they do it for a nominal cost of $

    ____________________________________________________________

also ask them if you have a recovery partition on your hard drive to get back to the way you bought

you would normally press F8, F9, F10 or F11 or Alt + F10 or 0 to start to start the recovery process according to the manufacturer

Ask them of the exact key sequence

    __________________________________________________________

or borrow a vista microsoft dvd; not a HP, Acer recovery disk etc

Make sure that you borrow the correct 32-bit or 64-bit microsoft dvd to your computer

they contain all versions of vista

This is the product key that determines which version of vista is installed
