  • Problem with my HP PSC 1610 all in one printer of the series which is printing pages in the right order.

    Basically I have the HP PSC 1610 all in one printer. I know not what has happened, but in some way, when I go to print a document of site Web etc, use the printer to print the last page first and keep printing until the 1st real page printed would be changed, which would print on top printed pages.

    My problem is now, it's actually print the path opposite, now it prints the 1st page of first and last last page, which means when I pick up all the printed pages, I then have to sort the page numbers in the correct order.

    Now, I use my printer waste dumps, I print a lot of game documents such as guides etc.. Now if I was just printing pages 1-5, I'd be fine with it, but at this current moment, I was printing guides with more than 50 pages, which really saddens me to have to keep sorting out pages of paper for good order.

    I must say that it does print no pages in a random order, which means like printing, for example, 10 pages, it does not print the page number 6, 2, 5, 8, 3, 10, 1. It is actually printing the pages in the following way, page 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. (When it's over, page 10 is one who is on top of the stack), but I really need to put it so that it will print the pages in the following order, p. 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. (So at the end of printing, the pages of issue 1 is actually on top of the battery), which will allow me to simply staple the pages without the need of haviing re - sort the order of the pages in the correct format.

    I have all my print programs installed as Director of HP and others, so I can change main settings of printers, but I looked through all the preferences main page tabs and I don't find the option to change the printing order of pages.

    I really need help to set my printer settings to print order in the way I need to, but I don't know where the actual parameters are to change this option, and I tried to do an actual search on Google, but I use too many words, search results do not end up giving me instructions that I need He is always giving me other things, more like excavations at random on everything related to my printer and I can't be bothered, working all day to get the good looking, lol.     down the down theres a SETTINGS tab click on it.

    go to the PRINTER SETTINGS, once you have clicked on a new dialog box appears.

    the first tab (by following my printer settings ive got a HP PSC 1311) must be ADVANCED

    Hey Spider! First of all welcome on the forum.

    I recommend to remove all ink cartridges, disconnect the USB cable from the computer that connects to the printer and then turn off the printer completely by unplugging the power cord. Then, restart your computer. Turn on the printer but leave that he disconnected from the computer. After that he ended his power over the cycle forward and reinsert the ink cartridges in the printer and make sure their seat correctly.

    After you have all the cartridges in the printer correctly, then connect it to the computer. See if that fixes the problem. If not post back with no results.

  • Problem with the renderer on C510A all-in-one

    HP Photosmart eStation C510A all-in-one printer: print/copy has stopped working.  I went through the troubleshooting and normal maintenance, nothing helps.  At one point a message indicated that the 'print rendering engine"had ceased to function.  This printer was bought almost two years ago and is no longer under warranty.  I guess this question will require to send it in for repair.  It should be fix?  Or should I buy a new printer?

    Well, the problem seems to be resolved!  A piece of plastic came loose from somewhere inside the printer (found in the paper tray) and eventually he was blocking the movement of black ink.  Removed the offending piece of plastic and everything seems to be fine now.

  • HP psc 2210: clear jam on my hp psc 2210 all-in-one printer

    The lights on my printer and the message says: "open the door.  "Clear carriage jam, and then press ENTER.  I do not see a "jam", opened the door and press enter several times.  I still can not reset unplugged machine from one day to the next.

    I think the cartridges are "stuck" on the side of the machine and they are unable to drag in the middle.  Can someone tell me how to fix this jam?

    I see that you are having problems with jam.  I would like to help!

    I recommend starting by remove (if possible) ink cartridges and perform a power reset the printer.  Unplug the power cord from the printer and the power outlet, then wait 60 seconds. After 60 seconds, plug back in the printer. Make sure that you connect the printer directly to a wall outlet. Make sure to bypass any surge protector or power bar.

    I would also say to following the steps outlined in this document:

  • I have a problem with the American version of Firefox layout for printing in millimeters and the default page as A4 instead of the letter size.

    The default page size is A4 instead of the letter in the American version of Firefox (10.0.2). I know it was the letter before. The margins were 0.5 inch now is 12.7 millimeters. What happened twice. I unloaded the extensions I thought that maybe caused this, but nothing helped. It is a pain to export all bookmarks, uninstall Firefox and remove all traces of the program and reinstall. Is there a way to default on letter with thumb size margins?

    HI - try the procedure described in this document in the "The check cartridge lights blink.  In many cases, it is caused by dirtry contacts of cartridge/transport.

  • HP PSC 2210 all in one printer - print slow

    I had all this in a single printer for several years.  Recently, I tried to print two pages of a PDF file and it took more than 1 hour to print.  At first, I thought it was the PDF but now I know it's with everything that I try to print.  I went through all the troubleshooting steps, and none of them have solved the problem.

    I have a Dell Dimension 8400 computer Intel's Pentium, processor Windows XP 4 3.20 GHz, 3.19 GHz, 1.00 GB of Ram.

    It will start to print, but then it will take at least an hour to print 1 page.  I already uninstalled, reinstalled, etc...

    This is probably caused by the failure of one of your cartridges.  Remove the black print cartridge and print a test page.  The printer prints at a normal speed?  Is therefore the black cartridge was the issue and needs to be replaced.  If it isn't then, put the black back cartridge in and remove the color cartridge and the test page printed.  If the printer now prints speed the color cartridge is responsible and must be replaced.

    I could get my HP PSC 2210 all-in-one to print!  I don't know exactly, because I've tried everything I could think of.  My son is a computer on which it has upgraded to windows 7 (64-bit) several months ago - he was able to successfully print on my printer immediately.   I just did an install complete (I bought the full version, not upgrade) to windows 7 (64 bit) - a couple of days and I'm finally to the point where I'm trying to connect printers.  Here is what I tried... again, I tried several things, although I've been in that general area...

    connect the printer to the computer

    go to the CONTROL PANEL--> Device Manager

    Click the arrow to the left of the IMAGING DEVICES (to be developed)

    RT click on printer PSC 2200 (should be listed under imaging devices)

    Select PROPERTIES--> DRIVER, then uninstall

    Select / tick "remove the driver for the device.

    the printer will disappear from the Device Manager (and peripheral Imaging also if it was the only selection)

    Unplug the printer to computer

    re - connect the printer to the computer

    Device Manager automatically updated (takes a few minutes, the screen refresh let until the yolk! disappears).

    Go to the control panel--> devices and printers

    Select printer PSC 2200, select Customize your printer, then the printed test page

    I hope that you will get a valid test page.  If this is not the case, another option I tried was:

    Through the above scenario.  When you get to the step "select PROPERTIES--> DRIVER, then uninstall" Select UNINSTALL directly from this menu (be sure to select/check "remove software pilot")

    Continue with the remaining steps above.

    I also tried 'Update Driver' of one of the previous screens above... I would like to know if you have a bit of luck!   I'm sorry that's not accurate.  Yet once, I tried everything I could think of, and something finally worked!  (I don't think I tried to 'Turn off the pilot')   Good luck! .........

    I would like to help with the discoloration print issue you have with your HP PSC 1210 all-in-one printer, when printing from your computer Windows 8.1.

    Could you try to make 3 copies of something on the printer for me? If the three pages of fine print, then we know that the problem is related to the software on your computer. If the pages are starting to fade and blur, then we know that the problem is probably with the printer cartridges.

    Are the cartridges you use genuine HP? Can you check the date of guarantee on them for me if they are? If they are relatively old cartridges, the nozzles down can be a bit clogged and start getting muddy upward while you print. (This is particularly likely if you use the printer very rarely).

    If copies are still faded and blurred, try these steps to clean the cartridges:

    1. Open the all-in-one with the power on and then remove the ink cartridges by slightly pressing the cartridge while pulling gently toward you.
    2. Inspect the ink cartridge ink nozzles and contacts for the accumulation of debris and ink.
    3. To clean build-up, dip a q-tip in distilled water (or water if distilled water is not available) and press the remaining water from the swab.
    4. While now the cartridge by the sides, as shown in Figure 3 below, gently wipe off any buildup of debris.
    5. Reinsert the ink cartridges and perform the alignment of ink cartridges.
    6. Print a test page to check the ink cartridges and rinse any remaining accumulation of the nozzles of the cartridges.

    If the copies to print without any problem, try to download the HP printer installation wizard to make sure you have the latest drivers for your product.

    Check the proxy settings that blocks maybe, or a firewall.
