You can opt for the one application CC if the product is available. The CC app cannot be designed according to the choice.

I just changed my computer and I have a subscription with creative cloud but my online account settings now say I didn't... but I do pay by adobe lately, September 11... .so now my PhotoShop is now in test mode... I'm not sure that anyone here can solve this problem... but since I'm a member during the period of 90 days cat I don't see any other options...

However, when I open Acrobat Reader DC and I connect with my creative cloud user account, I get only have access to the free version of Acrobat Reader DC, which excludes features such as PDF editing functions (delete page for example).
Please download Acrobat DC of your application in creative cloud on your system.
Then you can 'Edit PDF' under the Tools menu in Acrobat DC. Acrobat Help. Edit PDF files

I have a subscription to creative cloud but the apps that I came back to the trail mode and when it asks me to authorize their and connect it does not accept my idea of student as a Subscriber. I can connect to adobe and see my subscription valid if. idea
When I login on adobe.com, it says I have a valid subscription. However, Creative said cloud I only versions available test and when I try to license it says I do not have a valid subscription under the same email that I log in.
I can't understand how to access the support chat, and my subscription is for one year and was renewed in November.
My billing information are up-to-date, regularly, my credit card gets charged and the Bills on my account are up-to-date as well.
Whenever I try to contact support, it tells me to use the cat from 09:00 to 17:00, but there is no link to start the chat or access.
I would really like to be able to use the products that I pay for.
What should I do?
First of all, disconnect, then back into creative cloud, using adobe id to pay for your subscription.

I'm owner also downright Lightroom software that is installed on my laptop. I used to be able to shoot captive of it with my camera Nikon D610, but now I can't. The computer does not recognize a camera being hooked to it. I have Lighroom version 5.7.1 on my laptop. or create a different Adobe account to make a purchase for a single application.

You can have the creative cloud installed and signed in on two computers as long as you don't use it on one at a time. Download and install as you did on the first computer, sign in to your Adobe account on the Adobe using your Adobe ID website, download the desktop app from clouds, then download the software. Sign on a computer that should not be used: log in and log out of the desktop Adobe Creative Cloud application

I checked your account and found that you have just 1 place in your creative cloud account. You must add a license from the upper right corner on your team admin page.
