I have a sudden, terrible virus and I need help, MSEssentials closed unexpectedly during the download.

All of a sudden, when I try to open a site on the internet for a site (store selling crafts in Monona, wi) I get a page of advertising that has no place to remove.

I have to turn off my computer wrong to start all over again.  And regardless of the site on which I am trying to access the Internet, I get the same result.  The advertising page that appears is called yellow.com , s, etc..  Can you me please help

Hello
I suggest you to download and run the Microsoft safety scanner and check if it helps:
http://www.Microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx

Then, try to download Microsoft Security Essentials from this link and check if it helps:
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/what-is-Microsoft-Security-Essentials

Check if that helps.
