• The movies that I imported on computer have sound but a black screen.

  I always imported videos with windows. I always open with windows media player. Movies that I took yesterday and imported the name of file, the thumbnail image but, when I open the file to watch the sound is perfect, and there is no picture. Just a black screen.   Please try to place your computer in a boot minimum scenerio.  It seems that there is a 3rd party application or process running which is the filler on your screen.
