  Now try control-alt-shift key (Ctrl-alt-shift on Windows) and start Photoshop. An option button will open and opt for delete the settings file - see if that helps any.

  The "missing file" error occurs if the file is no longer where iTunes is expected to find.   The first thing I would try would be to manually reset preferences. If this fails, try to uninstall the plugin and see if the problem goes away.

  In case you don't know how to reset:

  Reset preferences

  (1) close the program, and then press Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Win) / command + Option + shift (Mac) (not reversible) starting

  • Press and hold Option + command + shift when you start Photoshop and delete the preferences file, check if the PS CS6 open or not
  • If the above step does not then please try reinstalling PS CS6

  Have you tried to screw up the Photoshop preferences.

  Steps to follow:

  To re-create the Photoshop preferences files, start the application while pressing Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or command + Option + shift (Mac OS). Then, click Yes to the message, "Delete the Adobe Photoshop settings file?"
