I have an active cloud adobe account and wish to download the app download on my iMac. I can't download a real applications. Blocked in the initial Setup screen. At best, I was able to finish the 20%.
How to download my first application on a new iMac. currently have 3 other iMacs using the cloud to adobe. NOTE that I am connected to my account and attempt to download.
Empty your temp folder, restart your computer and then try to install your programs of cc.

I created an adobe account and I am currently trying to install creative cloud in order to try the trial version of photoshop and lightroom, but I can't get insofar as the process of checking e-mail and adobe is sending the e-mail to my email from hotmail to nephews who is not associated with this account. He used my iMac in November but I only created this adobe account this week. His e-mail address is not linked to this account anyway... help. I really need to try out photoshop and lightroom and do not want to buy the monthly where the same problems occurs. Thanks in advance.

What you need to do is to get him to sign with the cloud on your computer, uninstall and clean all Adobe, then login with your account
Disconnect the TWO accounts... Uninstall... to run vacuuming...

I have a monthly subscription to Adobe Revel. You received my payment for September 15, 2015 & October 15, 2015 according to Adobe, but Revel shows that I have only a free basic account and that it was yet another payment. What happens here? You people need get the bugs out of your cloud services. I signed up with [email protected] that the Adobe Revel server fails to allow me to login, but accounts Adobe server connects me and says I am free on my subscription to Revel. Is happening here? I canceled once on this issue! Want to lose me again, this time for good? I'm telling you guys, I buy recently bought items 13 (of course just before you've released 14) on CD-ROM, because your cloud suck the Revel program! I did some research and your account indeed shows you paid AND that the subscription has expired (which is false!). We experience the Adobe Store people to examine it.

I have a creative cloud free subscription and get a popup that says that there is an update of creative cloud. Don't see a way to do the update. Any suggestions? I use a HP desktop with windows 10 computer.

I have a new macbook pro and want to install CS3 on it. I followed all the download links. Found my serial number for my Adobe account and get up to date through the whole & get this message ' put in place has encountered an error and cannot continue, contact adobe customer support for assistance ' all I want is for CS3 to install on my new computer so I can continue to work and do not have to spend hours working it help Please. Your CS6 is a license upgrade. When she asks eligible version waiting for you identify the previous version that you upgraded as proof that you are eligible to use the upgrade.

Dave, that would simply be an informative welcome email, you are not registered for a subscription, but the free trial version.

How can I activate an older version of Photoshop that I have loaded on my new tablet? Web activation does not work, and when I call the number, it is said that it is not longer used. You can download CS2 if you have a valid license for CS or CS2.
And you have to follow the instructions and use the download again AND the new serial number.

You should only install and connect on the new machine. Your license allows you to have two functional facilities, so if you want you can keep the original as a backup. If yu can just log out of the old machine and will release that the activation of another facility elsewhere.
Download/install the desktop application, connect and install applications subscription.
