I have app that is installed but does not how to open

I watched all the videos, read the FAQ and it still did not help, should I completely remove it and try and redownload creative cloud? I'm new to all this and so desperate and frustrated and in tears! I needed to do this bc I have a project that I really need to work on, and I paid, this is not the trial and its does not work

    I came across the solution. In addition to download creative cloud, I needed to return to the site and download the trials for the programs I want to use - Photoshop and Lightroom. Once I did, I was in business. Save bad if this was done in light on the download site.
