I have more creative cloud and I'm ready to get a college degree. I've noticed something lately. Sense a few days ago I can't use the first pro even after I uninstalled and reinstalled. I can use all other creative cloud programs and photoshop, indesign, etc., but I can't use the first. When I click to open the Prime Minister, he said something about a 30 day trial has expired and I need my copy of license. That's what I don't understand because I pay for creative cloud.

If you stop the subscription and wish to be fully able to open/edit/use/whatever documents, you need start the subscription again, or downsave to a version you have.
I think that you are able to download a different trial for a further period of 30 days or only HAVE or the complete cloud (according to what is different from the test which has expired.
Or you can pay for one month subscription to access documents entirely (and get the sorted results, as appropriate).
THiiS is the fundamental difference between a perpetual license (until CS6, the only still available version of Adobe) and subscription (currently of CC 2915.1 CC).

The message you receive simply States that the Master Collection trial has expired.
You would need to serialize/license it to display PDF' and other tasks.
I have signed up for the composition of creative cloud of 1 year, but canceled after a few weeks (got a refund) and bought CS6 on DVD. Please try to rename the following files located in C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe
You can rename them to something similar to caps.old for example. These folders contain files of licenses Creative Cloud that apparently are not able to be removed by using the uninstall or the cleaning tool.

I'm on a MAC, using the CC from Adobe for photographers... Photoshop and Lightroom. The other day I accidentally closed the Adobe CC icon at the top right of my screen... that may be the problem... disconnected from my screen. Today, I had to go to my account to update my credit card information and I noticed that the account says that my plan is NOT enabled on any device.

As stated, I have a full licensed version of Design & Web Premium CS6. I also pay on behalf of creative cloud "photography" get photoshop and lightroom.
When I open Illustrator CS6 it tells me that my CC to trial has expired and it prompts me to the licensed software. How can I get that back to my fully paid for the license? I do not remember to register for all test under my account, so I am at a loss!
Where this is important - the apps of photoshop and lightroom CC to open and operate normal. It's just the CS6 software that gives me bad.

You're SUPPOSED to be able to keep the CS6 (or earlier) with a subscription of clouds, so I have no idea why your CS6 does not work
