Under this Adobe ID, I found a subscription cloud creative on February 3, 2015.
It is suspended, you can make a new purchase, technically it just disconnect & reconnect the CCdesktop app to activate the new purchase.

I can log on to the page on the site, but when I try to download a product, the e-mail message that is broadcast, it is an email from my ex-boyfriend, and I just can't change it! Quit Adobe Creative Cloud app.
(1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select 'Go - To' folder.
(2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '. (" Do not miss ~ symbol" "')~/Library
It will open the folder of the user's library.
(3) then navigate to Application Support > Adobe > OOBE. Open the OOBE folder and Opm.db bin file.
Once you had trashed Opm.db file, restart the Adobe Creative Cloud app and check.

If you had installed the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application, launch it and connect.
Once logged in, click on the tab menu Apps.
After loading the list of apps apps, Photoshop and Lightroom and click Install next to him.
Location of the Adobe Creative cloud: C: > program (x 86) > Adobe > Adobe Creative Cloud > VAC > creative cloud.

Cloud programs don't use serial... numbers you, connect you to your cloud account paying to download & install & activate... you may need to sign out of the cloud and restart your computer and log into the cloud for things to work

I bought 2 accounts creative cloud in order to to use on 2 desktops (various cities) and on my lap top.
But whenever I try to log on the third computer it does not accept the password and pushes me to disconnect from my one of my workstations.
