I have CS5 drives that were installed on an old laptop which is dead. I would like to reinstall this product on a new computer. I installed the disks on my computer, but I can't activate the product. Can you help me get a new serial number?

  1. what happens when you try to access the webcam?

  2. have you updated the software and drivers for the webcam?

  You can check if the webcam is detected in Device Manager and also try to update the drivers.

  a.Click Start and type device manager in start search and press ENTER.

  b. in Device Manager check if the Webcam is listed.

  c. right click on the webcam and try to update the drivers.

  No use of account something designed to make the upgrade without pain by copying the software everywhere... will leave you with something more or less broken. Reinstall and configure properly takes time, but are necessary.

  The basic 'how' is ' imagine that you bought just for the first time. After that it works, turn off on the old system to avoid future pain.

  I do not know if someone has views on the appropriateness of using migration for other purposes. I tend to say, just reinstall, copy data, again put in place.
