  I had to reinstall a new operating system on a new drive from XP pro, all the way back to the top for Windows 7 Ultimate 32 - bit of my other installation diskettes that I got for my operating system.  Believe me it was a royal pain reinstall everything again and I had lost so much data... believe me it has taught me to start backing up my files!

  I have CS6 Master Collection, he is fired and was working fine until a week or two ago.  Now when I open InDesign, Dreamweaver or Photoshop, a window pops up saying that I have to buy a license, use the trial or my product license.  I said to my product license, it asks me to log in and add the license. He accepts my license, but then does the same thing everytime I open a program. My OS is Win 10.  This problem started a week or two ago just don't seem to settle.

  As the title suggests, I repeatedly tried to install Master Collection - CS6 on my machine of 7-64 bit windows at home and after a few minutes, he simply erros out. I even downloaded the trials for several of the applications and they do not install too. My download has come directly from the Adobe licensing website.

  The fixed!

  Cleaned computer and register all products such as cs4 adobe, reader etc cleaned the register etc. then installed the trial CD and it worked. The key musta been seen always installed cs4.
