1. can you please tell us the model number of your computer?
2. is there a built in webcam or what is the model of your webcam?
Can you please give us a little more detail on what is the specific error you get when you try to use the webcam?
Check if you have the drivers installed for your webcam.
As you say that it is a Dell computer, you will need to go on the http://support.dell.com website to download the driver of your webcam installed.
Click on support and drivers.
On the next page, it asks your name and your number.
Select the exact model of your laptop.
This will bring up the option to select your operating system. Choose Windows Vista or Windows Vista 64-bit.
A webcam installed usually appears under the software - multimedia, but it may be different for your model.
You can choose to install now or download. Once it is downloaded and installed, then test again to see if your integrated webcam works.
You can also contact Dell for support, since this is a brand new computer. Here is a link to Dell's Support page options:

Watch system it is wifi and IP, but it does not work.
I just moved my older MacPro in another room in the House and no apps recognize now any internet connection even if Network Diagnostics shows a strong wireless connection and an IP address active. I have turned off wifi and turn on again, quit reopened the mail and safari and rebooted the computer several times. I always come back with the same thing. I have the latest version of Smart Web Printing 4.6 but it does not work. Why?

original title: Vista to Win 7 networking issue.
I have a Vista laptop that I am trying to use with a desktop running Windows 7. I try to use the file and printer sharing. I have no problem with internet connections through my U-Verse gateway. I am also capable of sharing files from the Windows 7 Desktop, but when I try to access the Windows 7 laptop computer it askes for a user name and password. I passed to the page Advanced Networking two computers and confirmed that the network discovery, file sharing, public folder sharing, and printer sharing are all 'ON '. Protected by password sharing is 'OFF '.
The problem seems to come and go. Sometimes I can get it to work, was not. Sometimes, it works once but not a few hours later even though computers have not changed or been restarted.
A note more than I also use an XP laptop on the same network, and it connects more reliably.
Any help is appreciated! It drives me crazy.

These items (chocolate sources) contains dynamic library using XML. Photos, pictures and text in this section are loaded from XML.
I did face may I tried to run this application to issue:
- The photos of the Gallery did not show
- Thumbnails (buttons to navigate through the photo gallery) does not appear at all. (Thumbnails should appear in the box photo gallery).
- The text does not (the text must be declared in each photo as describtion)
