• Where are the location of metadata stored in pictures taken with an iOS device?

  I just follow me back from a trip with a lot of pictures taken with a couple of the iPhone as a digital camera.  Pictures taken with the iOS for most devices have locations associated with them, as evidenced by the dialog box 'Get Info' in Photos for Mac. They show well on a card and are correctly associated with keywords of the location (for example, "Sierra National Forest, northeast of Fresno County, United States of America"). But I can't know where the coordinates are stored. There is nowhere to search Photos for Mac that will give me the real coordinates. Also open images in preview does not display a GPS tab in the 'Détails' box how will be my camera equipped with GPS. And finally the search all metadata in Photoshop or Adobe Bridge also will not show all the details or any other type of geographic information.  I just checked my old version of iPhoto (9.6.1) and she won't show also all location information.

  Photos for Mac will display basic information, but I can't find where this happens. Any ideas?

  If you don't see any GPS information in the Inspector of Preview window, you are probably stripping while dragging or by exporting to office. Try dragging the image from Photos while pressing the Option key.

• What's doing "reset all settings", and what should I do after?  I have an iPhone with an IOS 9.3.2 6 updated

  I have an iPhone 6 with abios 9.3.2 update.  Have experienced problems of bluetooth with my connection on my Forester from 2015.  It worked fine before the update.  Went to the assistance of Apple having a soft reboot.  they had me back up to iTunes and restore.  Most of the problems have been resolved but still cannot get sound on phone calls.  Were asked to reset all the settings.  Would like to know what, and what I have to do after.

  Settings > general > reset > reset all settings.

  IF you look at what is in the settings app, you will need to re-home/redo everything what you have configured in the application. You will need to join all the WiFi networks once again, enter again all the passwords, set all your privacy settings, your favorite wallpaper select ringtones, reset notifications and so on. Basically, all that is in the application settings will have to be entered again.

  Your phone will also restart on its own when you reset all settings. It takes time to put everything back to where you had it, but it's not so bad. I did it several times.

  You synchronize using iCloud? iCloud is a synchronization system, not an external 'hard drive '. If you remove them on your device, they will remove icloud. To increase the available space, go settings/iCloud/Photos and select optimize iPhone/iPad storage. That will reduce the space required by 90% when it is fully effective.

  It may or may not help but you need to update to OS X 10.11.4 and Photos 1.5 because it has some bug fixes

• Imports of my camera appear on all iOS devices.

  I have a single library in my Photos for Mac (MacBook Air) and I put it to automatically forward your photos to iCloud and my iOS devices (photo stream indicator is activated). That's fine when most of my photos is taken with my phone. However, I recently downloaded ~ 1000 photos of my DSLR camera and they take a lot of space on my Mac and now also showed on my phone! What I want to do is to download my photos from digital SLR camera in the Photos app to work on a project, store them on iCloud, but they don't appear on my phone. How should I do? Is it better to create a different library in pictures and there no sync for my iOS devices? I had no such problem with iPhoto because only the photos from my iPhone were download of Photo Stream (rather than 2-way streaming). As to the issue of space I had stored my iPhoto on an external device library. I'm just trying to understand how best to manage this problem in Photos for Mac.

  You can have a library that is enabled for iCloud on your Mac, if you activate my Phto Stream for this library to download from your iiPhone, it will be 2-way and also download on the iPhone.

  If you want to only download from the iPhone, do not use y Photo Stream, but download by connecting the iPhone to a USB port.

• Changes of State of Muse broken on iOS devices

  My site requires changes to State on the Tablet and mobile versions. It's a specific interactive feature which is really the purpose of the site - an animated cartoon. IPhones and iPads don't recognize the State of any kind changes (click on state changes, bearing not only who are of course different on touch devices). Tablets, Android-based phones work perfectly with the site. I confirmed with a representative of adobe and still they tested, they are not clear on if it will be fixed. I had to talk to several REPS just never answered follow-ups, even if I downloaded my files so he could test and it has downloaded them. It has been broken for months and I got ahold of a representative who confirmed that it is software which is buggy and not something I do.

  The States changes are an important feature, even announced as a widget in the program, and they are structured on devices that make up a large percentage of web traffic.   We currently use CSS for different States, and we believe that the behavior you have surfaces because of the way Safari (iOS) Decides to manage these States. We are currently researching a fix for the problem. I hope that we can solve the problem sooner rather than later with one of our future updates.

  OK, here's the deal. I have a friend who is interested in working on musical ideas through GarageBand. He has an iPad Pro (not sure 1st or 2nd gen). and I use my 6 + or 1 Air iPad iPhone or a MacBook Pro. didn't matter that the one that I use because it can't open them with the iPad Pro, even if he sent it to me first.   GarageBand on an iOS device cannot open GarageBand for Mac projects, but a mac can open GarageBand compatible for iPhone/iPad projects.

  So, you might send your friend only mixed audio files. Your friend should add the sound to the Music.app on the iPad Pro and then add the new joint audio tracks in GarageBand. It is quite complicated, because you need to merge the titles added your friend in your original on the Mac project.

  As you found, family sharing requires a Mac or an iOS device to start with. You can read this information on the use and configuration of the sharing of the family.   You may have upgraded to the new features of Notes on the iPhone. If you did, they used to sync with a Mac that has not been upgraded to El Capitan. See the following topics:

  You must explain what stops you to do, and what is your configuration. You have the same iCloud account connected to all devices and Macs? Do you have Contacts enabled in iCloud? Have you tried troubleshooting? If so, what have you tried?

• Office sync with two Macs leads to duplicate the files/folders

  Hi all

  I m using MacOS Sierra sync with desktop (and documents). Logged into my account, are two Macs (Air and a MB Pro). No I find in my iCloud drive a documents folder (it's good and the documents of the MB Air folder) and in this case a "Dokumente - MacBook Pro mg" folder which is the folder documents of my MB Pro (this is not so good). This isn't what I expected, I expected to have a documents folder which is identical on both machines. Does anyone know what I need to adjust to get things clear?

  I posted an article that explains all this to http://www.quecheesoftware.com/iCloud.html . This is a downloadable PDF file.

  Basically, you add to the folder Documents after activation of the synchronization of the files will be synchronized as you expect. But the files that were in your Documents on several Mac folders when you switch on for the first time on the synchronization will be placed in specific subfolders to your new folder of Documents iCloud Drive device. Apple apparently felt that he could not predict how each user would want their old files organized in the folder of Documents Drive iCloud, so Apple left to each user to reorganize the file later.

  I have now moved all my own files on the first level of my folder of Documents Drive iCloud and trashed the duplicate of the other device-specific folder. Now, everything syncs between computers, as expected. I left the two subfolders of specific to the device in place, either two empty for now, in case in the future that I might want to keep some files associated with one of the devices - for example, the alias files do not work on the other Mac. They will always sync in another subfolder, but at least I know to use it only on their own device.

  Apple certainly could have documented it better.
