I have Outlook Express 6. When I want to fix anything, the attachment box appears in a small... with only 6-8 files/folders showing both. How to adjust the size of the box? There is no minimize mazimize click or angle to slide. It used to be adjustable, but no more. Help?
Like when you open a new message window and either click the button attach or insert | Attachment? I don't ever remember being resizable or a very large box. Change the display of list will give you a bit more, but that's all.

Had problems with Outlook Express. When I send a mail, I get an error message indicating the e-mail was sent not. The e-mail has been sent, but it never leaves the output area. I have to go and delete the e-mail. Then I don't have a folder of e-mails, except in my deleted file.
Any help would be appreciated. You have apparent dbx file corruption.

Column of Outlook Express folder in find
When Outlook Express 6 detects emails from a name in the right column indicates the folder in which it is in. How can you tell which folder this folder is located in?OE does not have the capacity to tell you where the folder is located in the folder hierarchy. You can select different trees under local folders to find what subfolder is and what kind of tree it is under. Unless folders.dbx is corrupted (which happens a bit), then OE will not create folders for you. If folders.dbx is corrupt or not, I would suggest that you backup the files and the registry (see www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#6) before things become corrupt, because you seem to have a complex organization from your e-mail folders.

This can happen only if you have a message in place rule or the sender entered blocked senders. Carefully review these two areas and any spam program, you may have.

cannot send error 0x800CCC0B group
I can't send an e-mail as a group, with or without an attachment, I always get error 0x800CCC0B the message, I have outlook express (not sure which version) under XP, I used to be able to send a group with 500 more emails in it, I tried to narrow the group to 200, but it makes no difference can anyone help?Check out this link. Apparently there is a max of 100 recipients simultaneously and they also will disable your account temporarily if you try many times. -
five out of six times (approximately) to start outlook express 6, it crashes while trying to access the first message. This happens several times, and each time the first message (even) appears in the Inbox, even if the process is not complete. sometimes clear the cache, or cleaning IE temp. the files seems to help - but not always.
It's VERY frustrating!
Do a household.1: do not archive mail in the receipt or sent items box. Create your own user-defined folders and move messages you want to put in them. Empty the deleted items folder daily. I have Outlook express 6 and I can't receive emails. I press on send and receive and it is stuck on 46 555 emails. How can I solve this problem. IM only a beginner.
If it downloads message #46 and then stops, message #47 is damaged or too big. Log in to your Webmail site server and delete the problem message.
