Did you check help-> updates to see if they are available? You probably don't have the latest version of Camera Raw that was compatible with Photoshop elements 12 installed.

  • Seagate installs but I can not find and cannot open the unit to see my files

    whenever I installed my seagate freeagent go drive.. initio default controller is the one that pops up saying ready for use, but I can not find and cannot open the unit to see my files, I can see it as (which I think it's maybe) in devices, printers as 'Initro Default Controller.

    Just a hunch.  "ig75icd64.dll" is the driver intel HD graphics.  That should narrow down your search.  You may need to reinstall/day (or if it has just updated - then push) that this driver.

    Right-click in the PDF file, go to 'Open with' & choose "Adobe Acrobat XI".

    Let me know if the file opens in Adobe Acrobat XI or not.

    Also, I would like to know if there is an error.

  • I've been using Dropbox and somehow while trying to open something with Adobe... from there, all the icons in the status bar are presented as icons Adobe other than what they were.

    IE: Chrome, Excel, etc. of Kindle. When I point to them it tells me what they are... but they don't open with Adobe.     HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows Mail
    right-click and choose export to back it up. You can save it to your desktop. It will save the key as a measure of protection.
     
    c. make sure that Windows Mail is closed and right click on the key again, and then choose Remove.
    d. then try to start Windows Mail and see if it is now open.

    I bought the new sony rx100 iv and took it on a trip.  EU back and I tried to transfer the images raw on my mac. I installed the last update of the El Capitan program for raw camera support. I checked the Sony Web site and found the rx100 iv is taken in charge by El Capitan.  Lightroom is not able to preview or import raw images on my SanDisk SDXC 64 GB card.  I have the reader of cards Hoodman steel USB 3.0 compatible with El Capitan. I have 5 Lightroom and checked these latest available updates which there are not.  The last update, I installed was version 5.7.

    Help, please.

    LR is made by Adobe. El Capitan is an Apple product, Mac OS computer.

    You need a newer version of LR. LR 6 or CC with la.4 ou.5/5.1 update.

    The Sony RX100 iv came out about 4 or 5 months ago. LR 5 has been out for 2 years (+/-) and the latest update for it was published there about 1 + year.
