Just install it like you did the first time (do not try to transfer from the old machine somehow) - you can download it through your account if you bought for download originally - otherwise, there is a link to download below. Your serial number should be available through your so into account your registered Adobe software previously.

If you want, you can leave it on the first machine as a backup because you are allowed to have two active facilities.  If you want to remove from the older machine you should first turn it off (open an application and choose Help-> Deactivate).
