Install Windows XP as a second operating system with Windows 7.
I am trying to install Windows XP Home Edition on a second internal hard drive with Windows 7 Professional on drive C as my main OS. When I try to install XP, it will start to load up and then I get a blue screen with a message that a problem has been detected and windows has been closed to bottom to provent damage your computer, if it's the first time, restart your computer if this screen appears again, follow these steps. Check to see you have enough disk space, if the pilot is identified, disable drivers or updated drivers or try to change video cards. Check with the hardware vendor for any BIOS updates. ect. I have monofamille this computer about 6 months ago, which has a mother Intel DX58SO with the I7 processor, WD VelociRaptor 150 GB Sata Hard Drive, Seagate Barracuda 500 GB SATA HDD, 6 GB Corsair Dominator memory cards, MS Wireless 6000, EVGA GeForce GTX 260 video card keyboard/5000 mouse, Lite-On DL Sata burner DVD and a Samsung LCD screen. Could someone give me a solution to install Windows XP as a second operating system on the second hard drive.
Hello
Why not use Xpmode with Virtual PC, both are free. (You will have to use XP 32-bit SP3.)
Make sure you that have enabled in bios first virtualization.

Computer thinks I have no disk space left (but I certainly do)
I had a problem with my computer for a while now. When I played video games or something like that, my computer would freeze occasionally and I hold down the power button just to turn off and on again. Last month, my computer showed that I don't have a disk space on my C drive. He dragged about 150 MB to 250 MB or more. I started uninstalling programs and games. He said that I have no disk space. I uninstalled literally all the games except one and there wasn't any change. Earlier, I uninstalled a program which was about 180 MB. Under properties on my drive C he said I won approximately 180 MB. But when I closed and open upward in then up to 150 MB when it was in the range 500 previously. I do drive cleaning all the time and trouble they free up more of a MB. How can I solve this problem? My computer becomes more and more useless every day.
Hello
This free program allows you to see what is taking place.

Also check how much space system restore uses:

You can clean your hard drive using these two methods.
"Delete files using Disk Cleanup" (you've already tried this method)
Using the free CCleaner program:
http://www.Piriform.com/CCleaner
In NO case use the registry cleaning Option in CCleaner

Download, install, update and scan your system with the free version of Malwarebytes AntiMalware:

And Norton Backup, if you are using Norton, can do strange things with filling of hard drive space.
See you soon

First of all, please note that you are confusing memory with disk space. The term 'memory' is used to designate the place where the computer contains the program and data, that it is working with at the moment. It is normally a memory (RAM), but which can be extended with the page or swap hard disk file. The word 'memory' is never used to refer to the space on a drive (if it is a hard drive, floppy disk, CD, DVD or thumb drive). Space on a hard disk is normally called "storage" or simply "disk space".
Call for 'memory' disk space is not so wrong that just unconventional. In a sense, the disk space is, of course, memory, but the important thing to realize is that the word is never used in this way, and if you do, you do so at the risk of seriously confuse your audience.
So, since you get a "low disk space" message , please tell us what is your hard drive, how it it used and how much is free.
Second, do * not * run a registry cleaner! Registry cleaning programs are * all * snake oil. The registry cleaning is not necessary and dangerous. Let alone register and do not use any registry cleaner. Despite what many people think, and what software record cleaning providers are trying to you convince to have used the registry entries is not really make you hurt.
The risk of a serious problem caused by a registry cleaner by mistake delete an entry you need is much greater than any potential benefit it may have.
Read http://www.edbott.com/weblog/archives/000643.html
and http://aumha.net/viewtopic.php?t=28099
Let me stress that neither me nor anyone else who warns against the use of registry cleaners has never said that they always cause problems. If they have always caused problems, they would disappear from the market almost immediately. Many people have used a registry cleaner and never had a problem with it.
The problem with a registry cleaner is that it carries with it the essential * risk * to have a problem. And since there is no advantage to using a registry cleaner, running the risk is a very bad deal.

I am running Windows Vista and a low disk space error message.
I am running Windows Vista and a low disk space error message. I ran disk cleanup, disk defragmentation and cleaned up all the old files and still only have 793 MB free on GB total 103. I noticed that my 6.0.6002.18005_001c11ba_blobs.bin file takes 54.9 GB of space. In research, it seems that it is safe to delete this file--is that true? If so, how? It seems that I need permission to do this.
To give the control is a two-step process. Take ownership and then to give permissions.
Owner of a file allows the owner to change permissions even if they do not have the authorization to do so. It's the only thing that made property. The person who creates an object owns the object. For admins, the objects that are created are the property of administrators, not the individual.
You need start exploring as administrator to Start - All Programs - Accessories - made Windows Explorer right click and choose run as administrator.
You must therefore make a right-click folders / drive, you are interested in tick - button Properties - Security - Advanced button - property - Edit - Replace owner on Sub containers and objects tab - select one user-then Ok your way of out.
Right-click new - folder Properties - Security - Advanced - tab permissions - Edit button - select the account - check the two checkboxes - button - Advanced - Search now button Add button - select your tick - Ok button - total control in the list. OK your way out.

"Low disk space" error in Windows 7.
I always get the message "E:\ low disk space. When I click on it, said that the problem was my trash. However, the trash is empty and shows 0 bytes. I checked the disk space on my E:\ (Tools) and it is completely filled. How to remove or free up space on this drive?
Hello
The only file I see in the HP_TOOLS partition you want to delete is the one below.
MedilID.bin 528 bytes
Although the file size seems insignificant, it may be incorrectly reported, so remove it and restart the laptop.
Also, make sure that Windows backup doesn't have the D or partitions E defined as a backup destination.
Kind regards
DP - K
