  How about allowing some time for a response.  ;-)

  Runtime errors are usually caused by another program, not the program that shows the error message.

  Try these procedures;

  1. from IE > tools > Internet Options > advanced...
  Check 'Disable script debugger' and uncheck 'display a notification of every script error '.

  2. follow the instructions here http://www.insideoe.com/faqs/why.htm#compact to compact your OE store files.

  3. If your antivirus or security suite program is scanning of incoming or outgoing messages, disable this feature. It is not necessary.

  4. If you have installed a program or an add-on to add functionality to disable OE (QuoteFix, a third spelling, etc.) or to uninstall this program to see if it was causing the problem.

  After I got this message the first time I restarted the computer and then I realized that it took approximately just 1-2 Minutes in the reception of the screen, then it took about another 2 Minutes for my taskbar and icons to come. I did many virus scans and I found no viruses at all.

  -When I open Steam he comes up with a message saying:

  -When you try to connect to MSN messenger, the 'sign in' button does not work. (No error message any can't)

  2. what application you want to use?

  This error can occur because of a program using Visual C++.

  You can uninstall all existing Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package and install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package and check if it helps.

  Step 1: To uninstall the package:

  a. open programs and features.

  b. in the list, find the Package redistributable Microsoft Visual C++ and click on it.

  c. click on uninstall at the top of the list.

  Step 2: Download and install the latest package and see if it helps.

  When I start my laptop, a window appears with the, (the title) above message.

  After closing this window, a message appears with the details as follows...

  "Error AppName signature: pareto_update3.exe AppVer3.0.1.23.

  "pareto_update3.exe ModVer3.0.1.23 Offset ModName: 0004866e.

  I did a scan of file with AVG and it reported 22 infected files. It had not healed them so I phoned to AVG and after a difficult conversation

  they sent an email with the details how to export information to them with an email to them with some other info on the details of "start", I think!

  My laptop is running a bit slow and sometimes it's "own thing". A bit annoying, but seems not too drastic.

  Not with AVG now, but uses a Virgin protection. Don't know what's happened to these infected files, I can only find details of files AVG infected in 'Excel '. Nothing in return AVG again.

  Don't know if this helps but just before this that I had downloaded a 'file opener/pc cleaner' called Paretologic. Think about problems began after I uninstalled their download?

  The Paretologic program causes this problem.

  Uninstall it.

  AVG results may be false alarms and will of AVG version of the Kaspersky Virgin was probably neither good nor bad. AVG is not the cause of the problem.

  I find Microsoft Security Essentials , a program of security without problem and recommend that you uninstall the program blank and install Microsoft Security Essentials.
