  On illustrator CS5 and later it was a feature... I'm not sure of the name, but I call it smart alignment. Whenever I started to move an object or work plan it would be bright green lines vertical and horizontal to suggest snapping to the part or an element or a plan of work... and Center. It was super useful! But for some reason, I can no longer see these guides. Is it possible to recover? I tried to turn on snap to grid and point, but they are not returned. Thank you!

  The Smart Guides have been there a lot longer, but initially without options of choice (less then).

  You might check the Fn key combinations, is often printed on the function keys, to see if one of those looks that it rotates the screen.

  If you can't find the key combination, it would be useful to know what type of device, but in case anyone has any experience with it.

  If you are using Safari as a web browser: -.

  • Open Safari, go to the Safari menu > Preferences > General and set Google as homepage. Then, choose Google as your default search engine.

  If you use Google Chrome as the web browser: -.

  • Open Google Chrome.
  • In the upper right corner of the page, click on the Chrome Chrome menu > settings.
  • In the 'Search' section, select Google from the menu drop down.

  Hi, you can go back to the old window Options by: Type Subject: config in the address bar, press ENTER, accept the warning, scroll to browser.preferences.inContent and double-click on it to change the "value" from true to False, taking care to not to change what anyone else.   Just to add to the response of cor - el, in my case (identical) was specifically the complement DivX HiQ, worm 2.1.0.900. As soon as I turned it off, the tabs started to behave normally again.

  Just go in the Panel. Programs and features and then click on the left of "view installed updates" and find Windows Internet Explorer 9, and then you can uninstall it.  You should know that it is installed automatically via Windows Update, so you'll need to keep it to be reinstalled.  I think you can go Windows Update manually, and then it will ask you, then you can't deny it there and it should stick.
