  I called Technical Support Adobe and we tried a number of things, but to no avail. The installer was not all files that might look at newspapers or run Adobe Support Advisor against.

  After further reading on forums, I read that someone has solved this same problem, only the preview, by doing this:

  Restart the computer in "safe" mode (do not exactly know what what except it makes everything very slow performance) by starting the Mac while keeping your finger on the SHIFT key.

  I ran the installation successfully after that. Then rebooted normally and ran updates, everything seems fine now.

  Don't know what everything is current but running the installer, while in the security mode enabled me to run the installer. All is well in the city that once more ;-)

• Extract the Adobe Master Collection CS4 applications

  I tried to contact the support for my subject, but they redirect me to this forum.

  I have been asked by my school to install Photoshop in our Suite of MacOS but having a problem because I don't want to deploy the master all collection but only a single application e.g. Photoshop. If I download Photoshop to Adobe CS4 support page and use Adobe Deployment Toolkit and then use my serial number of the collection master he does not accept it.

  I want to be able to extract the main collection Photoshop, then configure it using Adobe Deployment Toolkit.

  Is this possible?

  If you have a license for more then anything you use since the Suite must be installed through it.  Activation for separated from the rest of the individual programs won't work because your serial number is thereafter.  You can select the programs to install later, even if it's the only one.  So install the Suite and select only Photoshop when it comes to select the applications to install.

• Adobe Master Collection CS5.0 is still available?

  I have Adobe CS4 MC and I was told it is would cost me over $ 900 to CS5.5 upgrand. Can I still switch to CS5.0 Master Class?

  Not Adobe and probably not of any provider of party 3rd volume that you have already sold CS5

  You CAN find a seller who still has a CS5 on the set... but that will probably not at an upgrade price

  Go take a college class and then use your student card to buy the version education... the only restriction I know is that you can't turn off and sell the version education... but you can USE it for anything

• My Acrobat has stopped working.  I have the CS6 Master Collection.  I had this happen before and I had to reinstall with the entire suite.  Is this stil the best way to deal with this?

  Please make sure that you are connected to your system as administrator.

  Let me know the exact error that invites on your screen when launching Acrobat.

• I can't install adobe master collection cs6 on my pc

  I have the Adobe Master Collection software on my computer, I tried to install several times but at the end of 2% installation it tells me a message error like the one below

  "INSTALLATION FAILED."
