I have trouble getting documents to print. My printer shows but is not printed and I have problems to open the documents. What should I do?
My printer will print a demo and report, but freezes when I try to print a document or any other task. Most of the time when I try to open a document he invites me to open or save and when I select open it momentarily off and then immediately prompts you to open or save again. It does again and again and never opens. When I select record it indicates that the file already exists. I tried to unplug the computer and the printer and restart their but the problem persists. What can I do?

To rule out malicious software, restart your computer and start typing the F8 key. Select Mode safe mode with networking. Disable the system restore where the malware is known to hide. Re-activate when you are finished.

Download the following tool and run a scan complete

When you're finished, restart Windows
Start > type CMD
Click on CMD and type sfc/scannow
Press enter
Note: There is a space between sfc and / scannow
When you are finished, while remaining in the CMD window, type chkdsk /f /r
Press enter
You will see a message about the volume must be locked and you want to monitor during the recovery?
Press y and press enter
Restart the computer for the scan at startup
When you are finished, you will find the results in Event Viewer > Windows Logs > application log
Look for Winninet to see the results
Start > type Services.msc
Press enter
Scroll down to print spooler
Click with the right button on spooler and select stop
Wait for Windows to stop the spooler
Window close services
Start > Control Panel > printers folder
Right-click on the printer, and then select open
You see all pending print jobs?
Click the printer menu, and then select Cancel all Documents
Close printers folder
Start > right click on computer
Select manage
Select Device Manager in the left index
Click on the + sign next to the IEEE... compatible printer
Right-click on the printer and select uninstall
Click on the + sign next to imaging devices
Right-click on the printer and select uninstall
Click on the + sign next to Bus USB controllers
Right-click on the printer and select uninstall
Close Device Manager
Restart the computer
Windows will reinstall drivers on reboot
Go to the manufacturer's website and search for updated drivers
Open the Services window
Scroll down to print spooler
Click with the right button on spooler
Select restart
Wait for Windows to start the spooler
Close the Services window when you are finished
Try printing again

Photoshop requires at least version 8.4 of camera raw to be able to directly open these Nikon NEF D4S files which is available in Photoshop CS6 and above versions (not in CS5)

You can upgrade to a higher version of Photoshop or download Adobe DNG converter to convert raw files to DNG and access these DNG files in Photoshop CS5.

In the print menu, check "scale to fit media" under the Position and size of the device and then check out.
If you want the area selected for printing, check "Print selected area" under the Position and size and specify the size.

I plugged a usb cable and I was able to use the WIA import feature and
the menu of the controller,
He gave me the opportunity to select the printer and scan using the automaton
function.
When I removed the cable, it would not recognize the printer scanner in the
Wireless mode.
I tried to restart the system, no luck.
In fact, when the cable is removed, the function to automate is
"grayed out" which would explain why it cannot find the scanner.
Any ideas?

I just downloaded windows 7 on my computer and now it says I do not have a card installed, network driver what should I do?
If the computer is running XP or Vista, for example, before installing W7, it may mean that the manufacturer of the PC card or network did not have a driver for W7.
Go to the site of the original manufacture of the PC (brand/model) support and see if they make an adapter for your specific model of W7. If they do download it, to get the right version IE 32 or 64-bit as needed. If the PC manufacturer doesn't provide one, try the website of the company that makes the actual adapter and see if they do.
If you are unable to connect to the internet on this PC, you will need to download the driver on another PC and transfer it through via a USB stick or an SD card.
Is there no driver W7 made for your specific PC and its adapter, then you may need to consider buying a replacement network card and use it.
