I have updated my subscription on 24 November and paid for a full year in advance, so why am I emails 5 days later telling me that my cloud subscription has expired?
I paid for a full year, on 24 November. When I connect to my account on the Adobe website, it shows that my creative cloud pass does not expire until next year. So why am I (the last one this morning, 11/29) emails telling me that my subscription has expired and I have to renew it?

After checking the details of the subscription on your account, I saw that you have recently placed a new order and cancelled another. Emails are the conformation of the cancellation of the order on the other.

The default "Save as" dialog Acrobat DC is different from the dialogue box you had in earlier versions of Acrobat, it also allows you to record in the clouds and previous locations that you saved the files. It is possible that when Acrobat tries to connect to the 'cloud', it runs into problems. Are you sure that the update has caused the problem? If so, I think that a restore may be the best solution.
If that doesn't work, restore your device to factory settings. Please note that this will delete the data on your device.
Take a look this Apple Support article: use iTunes to restore the iPhone, iPad or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support.
As a final step, try recovery mode. Turn off your unit, then plug it to your computer with the hold home button. Hold down Home button until you see the logo of iTunes on the screen of your device. After that on your computer, you should see the iTunes window saying that your device needs to be restored to factory settings. Click Restore.
