  First, try a soft reset, press and hold the power button / stop and the "home" button until it goes off and you have the apple logo, then let go and let start up.

  Try a reset...

  Force restart your iPhone: tap on and hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

  If this does not help, tap settings > general > reset > reset all settings

  I hope that they address it quickly.  It is painful to have discovered my renowned PDFs are to difficult to identify file names their given by their authors.

  The best way to save battery life is to go into the settings and turn off Apps Refresh

  I now get 3 / 4 hours of battery life more.

  You cannot return to a previous ios 9.1

  First (and easiest) is a reboot or a forced reboot:

  Restart your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch - Apple Support

  Next (and more radical) would be a restore from a backup, then restore it like new:

  Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad or iPod settings - Apple Support

  I don't know what you mean "my phone does not open or I do not have access to my cell".

  After update my iOS 9.3.1 netflix iPadto don't broadcast the content. The site is fine and netflix works great on my apple TV, but does not work on my iPad. IPad video stream fine and I've deleted and reinstalled the app, but still only get the spinning wheel when I try to play something.

  Try resetting the Netflix App by following these steps in this order. Close Netflix completely from the window of the selector app by double clicking the Home button and drag to the top of the pane to Netflix, until it disappears from the display. Then, remove the Netflix App. Then perform a forced reboot. Hold down the home and Sleep/Wake buttons simultaneously for about 15-20 seconds , until the Apple logo appears. The re - download Netflix and connect. If this does not work I would contact Netflix that the problem may be due to their end.
