  I had this same problem where I could the records in the residential group, but when I timed on a nothing was going to happen. Here is how I fixed it...   If you use Norton, AVG, Avira, Microsoft Security Essentials, McAfee, etc. the default action is for Windows Defender must be disabled, that these AntiVirus programs have their own Antispyware Applications.
