  Looks like you may have a virus or other malware. Get your updated antivirus program and boot into Safe Mode. Note that some viruses can hide from your normal antivirus program, so you really need to scan in Safe Mode.   Hold down the ALT and CTRL together and then press the left/right/up/down to change the orientation. Press the combination of keys followed by the arrow key to the left first to see if this changes the orientation (you may need to press the selected keys a number of times to get the correct orientation. If the left arrow does not try the right, if this does not work try the high and arrow down.
